Meet Rich Baron

Rich began his career as a musician in Nashville, Tennessee in the 1980s. Following his time working in Nashville, Rich toured the US and Canada playing with several bands including several well-known recording artists. After determining that life on the road was not what he wanted to pursue, Rich changed his focus to continued education and manufacturing.

It was during this time that Rich found a love for leadership development and manufacturing technologies including Lean and Six Sigma. Rich soon found his passion in Medical Device Manufacturing where he worked in operational management and executive-level positions with complete P&L responsibility for the Intermountain West.

During this time in medical devices, Rich was able to lead his organization to achieve an impressive record of 100% customer retention from 2006 to 2019, while operating at a remarkable 5.67 sigma while providing reusable surgical products for over 82% of all L&D and OR procedures throughout the Intermountain West. In addition, the organization was recognized as the “Greenest Business in Utah,” by Rocky Mountain Power and Utah Business Magazine.

As CEO of BRL Leadvisor, Inc., and a seasoned Master Certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, Rich possesses a diverse range of expertise in cultural transformation, operational leadership, executive positions, and coaching individuals at various levels, from emerging leaders to CEOs. Rich has collaborated with numerous global organizations, supporting their journey toward cultivating world-class organizational cultures and high-performing leaders.

Rich is equally adept at navigating boardrooms, addressing large audiences, or working one-on-one with his clients.
